Orders received Monday through Friday (excluding nationally observed US holidays) are typically processed within 1-3 business days. In the unlikely case of a discrepancy between the inventory and our actual inventory, resulting in your ordered item being out of stock, we will promptly notify you via e-mail of the available options. All processing times are estimates and are subject to change.

If you select Free Shipping your order will be shipped via Priority Mail in the US, and delivered within 1-3 business days. During check out, you will have the option to select expedited shipping for an additional fee. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must email us at within 14 calendar days of the date when you received the package to notify us of your intention and reason for the return, and to receive a return authorization number. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us within 30 calendar days of obtaining the return authorization number. We require that all returns are made through a secure and trackable method, and are not responsible for items that become lost, stolen or damaged in shipment.

Once your returned merchandise has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will notify you via e-mail of the status of your return, whether it has been accepted or rejected. For accepted returns, Chio will refund your purchase within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please note that the refund timeline depends on the payment method used for the purchase, and may depend on the credit card company's policies.

To receive a full refund, the purchased item must be unworn and in original condition and packaging, with the original tags attached. Full purchase price will be refunded, excluding any additional expedited shipping fees.

If you aren't happy with your purchase and wish to exchange it for another item, note that the same details and timelines apply as in our return policy above.
